We offer free consultations - in person or over the phone. We learn what you are looking for in your website, we learn about your business or art, and we develop an image of the functionality you need and the aesthetics that appeal to you. We discuss the level of involvement you desire from us in writing the copy for the website and designing a logo.

After the consultation, we prepare a bid, so you know exactly what your website will cost. We are famous for coming in at (and sometimes under!) our original bid.

Upon acceptance of our bid, we begin designing your new site. As the site progresses, we ask for your feedback, making changes as needed, and refining the site to fit the wished-for look, feel and functionality.

Included in each bid is a 1 hour training session, where we teach our clients how to maintain and update their own websites. Additionally, we supply an easy-to-use guide, should they forget how to make specific changes to their sites, and we are happy to answer any questions that come up down the road. Should you prefer that we do all maintenance and site updates, we are happy to provide this service.
